DVD/DVDRW (Cont...)
  • All rewriteable disks (CD-RW, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, and DVD+RW) must be formatted before it can be used for file copying.

Note: Most DVD drives come with a region code, which is specific to the region. Therefore all types of DVD may not open or get detected in your drive. You may have to change the region settings (regions settings are available in the properties of the drive) to make it work.

Note: The Region code settings can be changed only 5 times. When you are changing the 5th time, your DVD drive will be locked and cannot be changed to any other region settings.
