Common Troubleshooting steps for Processors:
Check for compatibility issues if you have recently upgraded the computer.
Try a known good processor and check if the problem gets solved.
Physically check if the processor is overheating, shutdown the computer and after a while open the case and check the processor. See if the processor is too hot to touch or else the processor is ok.
Make sure that the processor is firmly inserted back into its socket.
