Display Panel |
- Follow the instructions as indicated in the lesson titled 'Procedure and Guidelines' - PREWORK above.
- Remove the keyboard.
- Remove the display bezel.
- Remove the two M2 x 3-mm screws from each side of the display panel, and remove the display side brackets.
- Remove the two M2 x 5-mm screws from each side of the display panel.
- Unsnap the cable from the top cover hook, and lift the bracket out of the display assembly.
- Lift the display panel, and rotate the display panel out of the top cover.
- Use the pull-tab to disconnect the bottom flex-cable connector from the inverter connector.
- Press in both sides of the top display cable connector, and pull the display cable connector away from the top flex-cable connector.
