Installing The AGP Card |
- Follow the instructions in caution and guidelines.
- Open the cover.
- Lay the computer on its side so that the system board is on the bottom of the inside of the computer.
- Press the lever on the card retention arm and raise the retention arm.
- Gently press the card into the AGP connector until it clicks into place, ensuring that the tab fits into the notch on the front end of the card.
- Align the AGP card guide with the base and press down on the indentation until the guide stops at the top of the AGP card.
- Lower the retention arm and press it into place, securing the card in the computer.
- Close the case.
- Connect all the cables and start the computer.
