Problem identification, Troubleshooting and Resolution are the primary skills for a technician.
When the system encounters an Error the source of the error should be identified and eliminated or fixed.
In this module we learned to recognize and interpret the meaning of common error codes, startup messages from the boot sequence and the troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
We also learned to use common diagnostic utilities and tools and to reproduce the error.
