Perform the following actions on your computer to generate a list of Unsigned drivers on your computer:

  1. Select Start>> Run>> type sigverif>> click OK.

  2. On the File Signature Verification screen, click Advanced to customize verification options.

  3. On the Advanced File Signature Settings screen, select Look for other files that are not digitally signed.

  4. In the Look in this folder box under Search Options, type y:\Windows\system32\drivers, where y is the letter of the drive where Windows XP is installed.

  5. On the Logging tab, ensure that the Save the file signature verification results to a log file check box is checked and then click OK.

  6. On the File Signature Verification screen, click Start to check for system files that are not digitally signed.

NOTE: A log file named Sigverif.txt is saved in the Windows folder. Third-party drivers that are unsigned are displayed as “Not signed.”

You can view the log and identify the drivers, which are not digitally signed. You can uninstall these drivers in case they were causing conflict on the computer and obtain signed drivers from the hardware manufacturer or Microsoft's website.
