The only problem with this file system is that if you have a dual boot operating system like Windows 98 and Windows 2000 then Windows 98 cannot read NTFS files.

FAT 32: FAT 32 is an enhanced version of FAT 16. This file system can be used on hard disk from 512 MB to 2 TB capacities. FAT 32 offers more compatibility with operating systems. If you are using dual-boot configuration then you should use FAT 32.
