Setting Up Hardware and Finalizing Settings:
At the restart the setup will finalize the installation by installing the following items.
Builds a driver information database.
Updates System Settings.
Personalized settings such as settings for the Internet Explorer 4 browsing software, Start Menu, Online Services, Volume Control, and Channels are set up.
On completion of the above, setup displays the 'Welcome Screen'.
Note: Your screen may look dull and most of the devices may not work. You will have to install the device drivers and clear the Device Manager make a perfect installation. We will discuss this in the later sections.
