To create extended partitions select go back to the first screen by pressing the Esc key. Now select option 1 then select Create Extended partition on the next screen.
After this you need to create the logical partitions. You will be prompted to create the logical partition after you create the extended partition. You can make any number of logical partitions and you can also specify the disk space for each logical drive.
Once you are done with it then simply press Esc to come out of FDISK.
