WIN.INI file is located in windows directory. It loads all the system settings every time the system boots.
For instance, every time the system reboots, WIN.INI is initialized and the communications drivers wallpaper, screen saver, languages, fonts and the like are loaded.
If this file becomes corrupt, Windows will not load, or will show several errors while loading, the program has to be reinstalled.
