Windows Millennium Edition, also known as Windows Me, released in the year of 2000 by Microsoft is a 32-bit graphical operating system.
Windows Me was created with home users in mind. Windows 95 and Windows 98 were followed by Windows Me and it was also bundled with Windows Media Player 7, which was included to challenge the existing media player - Real Player. It mainly includes relatively small upgrades such as Internet Explorer 5.5. Also included the new Movie Maker software, which provided basic video editing and was designed to be easy for home users. Windows Me gives you the power to network your household computers, communicate more efficiently over the Internet, and work with rich multimedia content such as photos, videos, and music.
Windows Me also introduced the "System Restore" logging and reversion system, which can be used to simplify troubleshooting and solving problems.
