Cause

The device driver may have been poorly written, or simply, the driver may be an older version or inappropriate version for that operating system or it may have some bugs.

Solution

• Get an updated printer driver from the manufacturer

• Use a different printer driver that is compatible with the printer

• Change your format. In general, printer drivers behave better on simpler tasks. Therefore, try changing the format unless it is absolutely necessary to print in the same format. Do not change the print drivers frequently. Try changing them if the existing driver is not suitable for printing in a specific format.
