Implementing preventive measures on PC Components
Preventive Measures on PC Components

Mouse (Trackball)

Mouse ball or rollers easily accumulate dirt even if you cover the mouse when you do not use it. This affects the cursor movement. To avoid this, you need to clean the mouse ball and rollers.

To clean the mouse, follow these steps:
1. Switch off the PC.
2. Disconnect the mouse from the computer.
3. Locate the cover at the back of the mouse. Open the cover
4. Remove the ball from the bottom of the mouse.
5. Wash the ball in a soapy water to remove the dirt.
6. Clean the rollers with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol.
7. Dry the ball and rollers with a lint-free cloth.
8. Put the ball and cover back in place.
9. Connect the mouse to the computer.
