Search by topic by typing a keyword, or browse samples.

A list of the top 100 quizzes matching that topic will appear.  Preview a quiz by selecting its title.  The preview appears on the right, allowing you to read the quiz. Once you find a quiz you wish to use, choose Use This Test.

When you select a quiz, a window appears allowing you to create a name for your new quiz. Type a name and click Save.

A copy of your new quiz is placed in your personal quiz library.

Look out for settings that you like and apply them to your own quiz.!

Step 1: Go to My Quizzes

Step 2: Click on “Reports & Attempts”

Step 3: “Time Taken” column shows total time taken to complete the quiz.  To see time taken for each question for any attempt, click on the time.

Step 4: Time spent on each question is shown for this quiz taker.

Users can find this new feature on the Security and Tracking page of Edit Settings. Enable the use of the ID field at login by selecting Yes next to the ID option.

To edit the ID field name, simply check “Rename ID to something else” or begin typing in the corresponding space. Users see the name of the new field when they attempt to log in.

Once the new field name is added, be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page in order to use this new setting

In addition to the ID field customization, users can now also include the ID field as an optional item on customized certificates.

3. Embed on a blog or webpage. Embedding is a more advanced way to share
   a quiz or survey on any page. By embedding a quiz, your audience can take the quiz directly on your website, without ever leaving your website.Embedding is ideal for posting when branding is a concern as users take the quiz on your URL/website.

   Embedding requires posting a simple code on your web page that ProProfs Quiz Creator provides. Once this code is pasted into your blog or website, the quiz appears on that page. Detailed instructions are provided under ProProfs Quiz Maker Help articles.

4. Share On Facebook. ProProfs offers multiple ways to share the quiz on facebook.
   Option 1: Share the Link on Facebook
   You can post the link. Your friends/fans would click the link and take the quiz on ProProfs or on your website (if the quiz is embedded on your website). To share the link on Facebook, click the Facebook option under the sharing tools.There you will see an option to select which social media you want to use.

   

   Select Facebook, and ProProfs will give you a simple shortcut for posting your quiz using Facebook’s wall.

   

   Option 2: Share & embed the quiz in a facebook page

5. Share on Twitter.Sharing the link to you quiz on Twitter is simple using the share tools in ProProfs Quiz Software. Click the Twitter option under the sharing tools in “My Quizzes”. There you will see an option to select which social media you want to use.

   

   Select Twitter and you will see a simple page for creating a tweet to share your quiz. You can edit the tweet by adding an interesting comment describing your quiz and why your followers should take it.

   

6. Integrate it with your existing authentication system.
   If you have an existing web based system where your users login at such as an intranet site, class management system etc, you can go one step ahead of just embedding the quiz. You can integrate your existing authentication system with the quiz so the users are automatically identified by the quiz. To do so, use the embed feature with Single Sign On (SSO).
